Energise, St.Neots - This project was a rewarding collaboration with a company that shares our values, prioritizing staff well-being above all else. Their goal was to design an environment where everyone could thrive, collaborate, and rejuvenate across both floors of their building. The pandemic had necessitated remote work, but it was time to reunite the team in a space that fosters connection and maximizes their potential.

Brief: A new lease of life for a 2 storey office building to provide dedicated spaces for focused work, socializing and relaxation. A combination of WELL Building Standards and biophilic design will be the main direction in decision-making. A big emphasis was given to creating a design that contributes to employees feeling a sense of belonging within the workspace and being supported by their organization.
